Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Custom DIY bracelets and handmade items may require additional processing time depending on the selected design and order volume.

Please note that orders are not usually processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
